Dirty Coke: The Coconut-Lime Formula (Diet Too)

A dirty Coke is 12 oz (355 ml) of cold Coca-Cola poured over pebble ice with 1/2 oz (15 ml) of coconut syrup, the juice of a lime wedge (about 1 tsp / 5 ml), and 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 ml) of half-and-half or coconut creamer added last and slowly. For a dirty Diet Coke, swap in Diet Coke and sugar-free coconut syrup: the drink drops from about 210 calories to about 30. Cola is acidic enough to curdle dairy that sits, so drink it within 15 minutes or use coconut creamer, which does not split.
